Terms and Conditions of the rental service with driver

For rental services with driver, except transfers, a minimum period of 3 hours of disposal it’s applied. For extra-urban direct transfers (non-stop), the rate is calculated with kilometric cost. Pick up services from/to airports have dedicated rates to request from the info booking service +39 3288058000. Naples NCC collaborates with other rental companies with driver, with the same standards of quality and efficiency, and may make use of them for the performance of the services for which it considers it appropriate.
Each passenger can carry up to TWO SUITCASES, ANY EXCESS BAGGAGE ES: SKIS AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking, to avoid that the car is not suitable for such transport.

It remains at the discretion of the drivers, to load on the cars bulky objects not declared, suitcases in excess or the ones that do not present the conditions of transport in safety ( broken, dirty, wet suitcases etc.).
Naples NCC is committed in every reasonable way to get their vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators in time to the appointments of departure and arrival at destination, will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond their control.

The cars are all newly registered and covered by insurance for themselves and for the transported and in compliance with the traffic permits in force in Italy and in E.E.C. Passenger transport is fully covered by the insurance that NCC Naples has stipulated for its vehicles with third parties. The properties of passengers are carried entirely under the responsibility of the passenger who declares ownership at the time of embarkation. Check at departure, the correspondence of your luggage, liability for loss or damage may not be accepted. ALL OBJECTS TRANSPORTED TRAVEL UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. If Naples NCC is unable to transport with its vehicles or with vehicles of external collaborators passengers who have booked and paid the ride, will arrange the transfer by external means (TAXI, Rental with Driver, Rental Car) and then refund to the customer the cost of such transport upon presentation of receipt/ invoice. The refund for the transfer may not exceed the rates in force for the same route agreed. Naples NCC may be held responsible for any costs and losses due to delays and errors attributable directly to our expertise, in this case will be a refund limited to € 200.00 per booking. Naples NCC reserves the right to change at any time parts (or entirely) of these agreements without giving notice to customers, members, tour operators or agencies.

The customer is obliged to report to us as soon as possible any problems resulting from disservices or shortcomings directly attributable to our work. We will take care to quickly resolve any discomfort and loss in full customer satisfaction.
These conditions of carriage and all related services comply with the laws governing the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees the protection of the passenger and his luggage. Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities carried out between Drivers chauffeur service and the customer, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Naples (Italy) User behavior during the rental service with driver

Users of the rental service are prohibited from:

  • Smoking during transport;
  • Throw objects from vehicles both stationary and moving;
  • To smear, soil or damage the vehicle;
  • To pretend the transport of pets without having taken, in agreement with the charterer, all the measures necessary to prevent the car from being damaged or soiled;
  • To pretend that the transport is returned in violation of the norms of safety and behavior previewed from the enforced Code of the Road

Right to cancel the reservation of the car rental service with driver and complementary services

  • The customer can cancel the reservation by writing to us, sending an e-mail or by fax.
  • The cancellation of the car rental service with driver or additional services, without penalty is accepted within 24 hours before the service. For a cancellations received within 12 hours before the beginning of the service will be charged a penalty of 50% of the amount of the service.
  • In the event of a cancelled flight or a delay of more than 50 minutes on departure, the customer is obliged to notify our booking number in order to guarantee the presence of one of our staff on arrival. Failure to send the delay or cancelled flight notice, excludes the right to have the car available in case of delayed or postponed arrival and will be applied the penalty of 50%.
